Easy to use app. Quotes are always very competitive. I have 3 policies through them. Highly recommended.

It was not very clear with the reward/ bonus process and expirations, didn't need the app but thought because there is a bonus with insurance may as well. Other than that not very useful. I get enough emails prompting renewals etc. that the app is irrelevant really. I was meant to be getting a free car wash every month, but because I didn't do it in a specified time I am no longer able to receive my "bonus", which is why I downloaded the app... kind of a gimmick if you ask me.

The company gives a false promise of £75 as a marketing tactics to attract customers to buy the policies using their platform and finally they don't even respond to the customer queries and complaints. There is no way to contact them except by submitting a query. It has been more than 2 months since which I haven't received any response from the team nor my gift voucher even after paying my policy for 9 months. Don't fall pray to this wrong promotion of the brand. It's a fradulant company.
